Three very different conversations start on this page. Choosing the right one gets you to the right person on the first try instead of the second.
You get technical support from people who know the product. Most issues are resolved on the first call.
Common questions have written answers. A lot of what comes in is covered already: what the readings on the front panel mean, why a load is being held, how to change your demand limit, and what to check when a controlled load is not switching. Start at the Support page if you would rather read than call.

If your system was installed by a certified dealer, that dealer can also service it. Either path works.
For fastest help, call with your model number ready. You can also email help@energysentry.com with your model number in the subject line and a description of what is happening.
Start with a bill. It is the fastest way to a real answer, and it costs nothing.
Residential. Send us your most recent electric bill or just tell us your utility and ZIP code. We confirm whether your utility offers a demand rate you qualify for, and if it does, we set up a free in-home estimate with a certified installer. If it does not, we tell you that on the first call and you are done.
Commercial. Send twelve months of bills if you have them. We review your load factor, your demand charges, and your tariff, including any ratchet clause or rate class threshold that applies to you. Then an engineer or certified dealer walks the building before anything is quoted. See the Commercial page for how the qualification process works.
Tell us where you are, what utility you have, and whether this is residential or commercial. We will confirm whether a demand rate is available to you and follow up with next steps.
We sell and install through certified dealers and electrical contractors. If you run an electrical contracting business, an HVAC business, or an energy services firm, and you have customers paying demand charges, there is a product here for you.
Dealers get factory training on installation, commissioning, and system configuration, engineering support on commercial projects, and access to the same rate analysis we run for direct customers. Several utilities buy and resell the units in their own service territories.
Tell us your company, your territory, your license status, and roughly how many electrical or HVAC installations you handle in a year. Someone from our dealer team will follow up.
Email help@energysentry.com with your company name, territory, license status, and a brief description of your business. Or call (888) 461-9336 and ask for the dealer team.
For press, supplier, or general business inquiries, email help@energysentry.com and put the topic in the subject line. It will get routed.
When you submit any form on this site, we use your information to respond to you. For estimate requests, we typically share your contact information with the certified dealer in your area so that dealer can reach you directly, since installation is done locally. If you would rather we not do that, say so in the message field. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Call (888) 461-9336 and tell us what is going on. We will get you to the right person.
